WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?

Our warehouse ninjas process all orders on Mondays - Fridays (our warehouse is typically closed on weekends and holidays). Most packages are processed and shipped within 1-3 days after your order is placed.
Once your package is shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with the tracking number. If you purchased several items, they may be shipped separately. But don’t worry, we’ll send tracking numbers to help you follow each of your packages’ swift journeys!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Orders generally take 5-7 business days to arrive unless there is an issue with the purchased item or a complication in the delivery system.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

When the order is successfully placed, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from PayPal. Dango Kids automatically sends out an order confirmation email only if the customer returns to Dango Kids page after payment is completed on PayPal.

PAYPAL RECEIPT ONLY SHOWS ONE PRODUCT WHEN I PURCHASED MULTIPLE. WHY?

PayPal only displays the top product on the receipt. In order to view your entire order, please access ORDER STATUS under your MY ACCOUNT on www.dangokids.com.

PAYPAL'S SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM MY ACTUAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Dango Kids ships to the shipping address that the customer registered on our website. We do not use the shipping address registered with PayPal.

PROMOTION CODE DIDN'T WORK! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your promotion code did not go through properly, don't worry! Notify us at hi@dangokids.com and we will look into your situation.
