1. Exchanges

Dango Kids accepts refund requests only and we do not accept exchange requests.
If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.

2. Return Policy

  • All returns at Dango Kids are always free of charge.
  • Returns must be notified to us within 14 days from the date the merchandise was received.
  • If we were not properly notified within 14 days, merchandise will only be granted back as points.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed and any gifted items must be returned.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Dango Kids hang-tags, attached.
  • All returned merchandises will be granted either as points (equivalent store credits), or a refund to the original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal).
  • But please note that original shipping charges (flat rate of US$6) are non-refundable.
  • All accessories, hats, socks, and footwear cannot be returned

3. Procedure

Please inform your return case to our customer service account at hi@dangokids.com with the following information:

- Name
- Your address
- Name of the item and size
- Reason for return
- Verification that the item(s) are in proper condition for return

After we have received a notice of your return, we will be able to send you a shipping label via email.
If the shipping label that we send is not used within 30 days, customers will no longer be eligible for a refund/exchange.

4. Refunds and Processing
  • Once return merchandise packages are received, we will contact you with the results of processing and the refund options.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Defect Items

We believe in quality and will gladly accept any merchandise that was damaged, defective or incorrect upon receiving. We will also pay for the return-shipping fee. **All damaged, defective or incorrect orders must be notified to us within 3 business days of delivery date. Contact us as soon as possible at hi@dangokids.com, and we will resolve the issue(s).
